ABOUT JUSTINA
My name is Justina Kolbe and I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with clients including children, teens, adults, families and groups. I enjoy working with teens and young adults to help them find a healthy balance in their relationships, responsibilities, and lifestyle. I work to provide a therapeutic environment that is safe, direct, interactive, and supportive.
I utilize a variety of therapy techniques when working with clients. I offer EMDR therapy as an option for clients who may be interested, and realize each person requires a tailored approach to achieve personal well-being.
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the The University of South Dakota, as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Dakota.
I am a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors, American Counseling Association, and a Certified Professional Counselor.

EMDR THERAPY
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an evidence-based therapy used to relieve psychological stress. Clients who have painful memories or PTSD will benefit from this form of therapy. For more information, contact Justina.

Feeling a bit down lately and nothing seems to lift your spirits? Individual therapy sessions help clients develop positive attitudes towards life’s most complex and challenging circumstances.
CHILD AND ADOLESCENT THERAPY
Being a child or adolescent comes with many challenging experiences and changes. If you've hit a bump in the road and need some guidance that will help get your child or family back on track, let's set up a time to chat.
